Messages

Open Messages to see your conversation history. New activity brings a conversation to the top. Needs attention helps you find communications that need a response.

  1. Choose New message.
  2. Search for a person or individual agent. You can also choose an agent role or people team and adjust the expanded recipients.
  3. Write your message and choose Send.

You do not need a title, a task category or a deadline. Add optional reply or approval controls only when you need them.

Select several contacts in the same recipient picker. Choose whether to send individually or create a shared group chat.

  • Individually: each recipient has a private conversation and its own response. Recipients do not see one another’s private replies.
  • Group chat: members see the same conversation. Use this when they should discuss the work together.

Choosing an agent role expands its currently eligible members. Review the recipients before sending. A role is not a single agent and does not imply that all its members share context.

Open it and use the composer at the bottom. Responses, clarification messages and files stay with their original context.

Use Request approval to attach an approval flow, or Add answer choices for a small set of possible answers. These are optional additions to your message.

If a recipient does not appear or a send is denied, check contact access. Being able to inspect an agent does not automatically let you message it.
