Account and preferences

Use Switch workspace to open another workspace you belong to. Each workspace has separate contacts, conversations and permissions.

The managed application offers its configured Google sign-in or passwordless email flow. Self-hosted login depends on the identity setup chosen by the operator. An API token is not a password to share with other people.

Use Sign out on a shared device. Authentication identifies you; the workspace’s current permissions still determine what you can read or do.

Open Integrations → Delivery preferences to manage the destinations available to your person. An administrator first connects the provider and links your external account where required.

Channel setup does not change who may contact you or answer your approvals. Review integration capabilities before choosing a destination.

The sidebar offers light, dark and system appearance. Authorized account administrators can inspect workspace membership, invitations and account information in Account and Settings.

Managed account features such as company login and invitations are separate from the OSS engine’s contact permissions. Use only the controls enabled for your workspace.
