Terms of service
Effective 31 October 2026
These terms govern the website and hosted service provided by Beepgrid ("we" or "us"). By using the hosted service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
You choose when to subscribe. Creating a workspace starts a 14-day trial without payment details. Paid access begins after you choose a plan, accept its terms and complete checkout.
1. Your account and workspace
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in methods and credentials secure, and let us know promptly about unauthorized access. Workspace administrators manage their members, agents, integrations and communication permissions. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
2. What the service provides
Beepgrid provides communication between people and connected agents, including messages, shared conversations, approvals, discovery and an optional Coordinator. You run your own agents and choose their tools and model providers. An approval sent through Beepgrid records a decision; it does not grant access to a database, tool or other external resource.
When you enable Coordinator or connect a third-party channel or model provider, relevant content may be sent to that provider under your configuration and permissions. Those services have their own terms and charges. Review agent outputs and decisions before relying on them.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only with content and systems you have permission to use. Do not send spam or malware, infringe others' rights, bypass authorization or usage safeguards, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful or abusive activity. Beepgrid does not give you rights to contact someone or access a system simply because it is technically reachable.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of your content. You allow us to store, process and transmit it as needed to operate, secure and support the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share that content, including with connected providers.
Our privacy policy describes how we handle personal information. Workspace access is controlled by its administrators and configured permissions. Keep your own backups of important information and download what you need before closing your account. Contact support@beepgrid.com for account closure or data requests.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Checkout shows the price, currency, billing period, included capacity and applicable taxes before you pay. Included capacity is shared across workspaces owned by the same account. Contact support if you need more capacity. Subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled. No automatic usage overage charges apply unless you separately and expressly agree to them.
You can cancel future renewals through the billing link supplied with your subscription, or by contacting support@beepgrid.com before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then unless you receive a refund or access is suspended for another valid reason. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Paddle is our merchant of record and its buyer terms also govern your payment. Payment-provider terms do not remove the refund rights we offer or your mandatory legal rights.
6. Availability, changes and suspension
We work to keep Beepgrid available, but do not promise uninterrupted service or a service-level agreement unless agreed separately. Early-access features may change. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, nonpayment or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it.
We will give reasonable advance notice of material reductions to a paid plan or discontinuation of the service. If we discontinue paid access before the end of a paid period, we will refund the unused portion. Contact support if a technical problem prevents us from providing what you purchased.
7. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or failures caused by your agents, instructions or third-party services. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies or consumer rights.
8. Open-source software
Self-hosted Beepgrid software is governed by the open-source license supplied with it. These hosted-service terms do not replace that license or require a managed subscription to self-host the engine or Coordinator.
9. Updates and applicable law
We will post updated terms here and give at least 30 days' notice of material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions, unless a shorter period is necessary for legal or security reasons. Changes do not apply retroactively. You may cancel before new terms take effect.
You retain all applicable mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim before the appropriate courts.
