Refund policy

This policy applies to managed Beepgrid subscriptions provided by Beepgrid. Paddle processes subscription payments as our merchant of record.

Requesting a refund

Email support@beepgrid.com from your billing email address, including your order or invoice reference if available. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or API keys. We will acknowledge your request and normally respond within three business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. We do not deduct a processing fee from a full refund. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear. If you paid through Paddle, you can also request help at paddle.net; its refund policy applies alongside the additional rights we offer here.

Renewals and service issues

The 14-day no-reason refund applies to your first subscription payment, not each renewal. If you renewed by mistake, were charged twice, or could not use the service because of a problem on our side, contact us promptly. We review those requests individually and refund billing errors. Where the service is not provided as purchased, we will offer a remedy or refund as appropriate and as required by law.

Cancellation and access

You can cancel future renewals at any time through the billing link provided with your subscription or by emailing support before renewal. Cancellation alone does not refund an earlier payment; access continues through the paid period. A refund of that period ends the associated paid access and cancels its future renewals. Export any information you need before access ends.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, mandatory consumer, withdrawal or refund rights. If applicable law or your payment provider gives you stronger rights, those rights apply. The terms of service and privacy policy provide further information about the service and your data.
